MANTRAS

The use of mantras date back centuries to the Vedic traditions of India. The practice is used to facilitate relaxation, inner peace and greater self-realization.

By combining sound, breath and rhythm, mantras act as vehicles to channel the mind by providing a consistent and significant focal point. The word itself derives from two Sanskrit words: "man" meaning mind and "tra" meaning vehicle or instrument.

When uttered with repetition, mantras help to reveal the power of consciousness, allowing you to embody your intentions and keeping your mind present and powerful. Incorporating mantras into your daily routine allows you to cultivate a more peaceful, aware and present lifestyle.
